Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college caters to Campus Placements and prepares the students to get placed and become financially independent after completing their course/degree in the college. Our aim is to reach out to each and every student of the college and ensure their participation in motivational talks and interactive sessions on Career Guidance and employability skills.

Multinational and National companies such as IBM, Concentrix, WIPRO, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, DLF Pramerica, Aircel, Genpact, Aviva Insurance, WNS Global Services have been visiting our college and taking part in placement drives. During the past 5 years as many as 241 students from different streams have been offered jobs by the companies with an average pay package of upto 2.75 lacs per annum, with the 6 lacs per annum as highest pay package.

Keeping with the need to fill the gap between the current educational potential of graduates and post graduates and the growing market demands, our focus is to equip our students with the employability skills so as to facilitate them in finding jobs and become financially independent as they leave the institute. In this regard, a series of training sessions and workshops are organized throughout the session on the subjects such as CV Writing, Interview Skills, Group Discussion, Reasoning and Analytical Ability, and General Awareness and Communication Skills.

The Cell provides information to the students on regular basis about vacancies in private and public sectors throughout the country advertised online and offline and facilitates them in job applications. We maintain communication with our passed-out students who are kept updated with the job vacancies and various Placement Drives both on and off campus.

Computer based Employability tests and Aptitude tests based on written assignments sponsored by various agencies such as NIIT/AMCAT (Aspiring Minds), Hitbulls Eye are conducted in each academic session where students are provided with the score sheets reflecting the level of their employability skills so that they can improve upon their limitations and prepare themselves for entry into job fields as per their aptitude and potentiality.

We make available handouts on communication skills/ Interview skills/ Model Test Papers for the use of students in the department. Reading/Study material on Interview Preparation, Group Discussion, Reasoning Ability is also available for the students. Weekly Employment News and the current issues of magazines such as Pratiyogita Darpan, Competition Success Review, India Today,Science Reporter also remain available for the students.
